INTENDED USE
The device is used as a buffer in the automatic batching, filling and packing lines of frozen fruits and vegetables or their mixes.

STRUCTURE
The device is made as a rotating table top which is secured from the possibility of an accidental pulling in a person working close to it. Its size is dependable on the expenditure of the packing line. The slow rotation of the table allows an ergonomic work of several employees at a time, who pack the bags into omnibus packages. A roller conveyor along with a globular table top was constructed to make the movement around the table easier. The globular table top directs cardboards to the sizing machine.

EXECUTION
The device is made of acid-proof steel and plastic safe for food. All the elements of the device are available to a precise wash, the surfaces of the elements are smooth and the constructive profiles are closed and rounded. Most of the connections are welded connections and supportive materials such as greases or oils cannot have a contact with the product.
