INTENDED USE
Drum washer is intended to an initial or final vegetable wash. In the line it is situated in front of the brush peeler or behind the steam peeler.

STRUCTURE
The device consists of the following main elements:
- Charging hopper with a stone catcher and a flap regulating the level of the raw material in the drum
- Drum made of a perforated sieve or a bar sieve
- Tank with a water bath and an installation which cleanse the contaminated water
- Installation of fresh spraying water

EXECUTION
The drum washer is made of acid-proof steel. The execution ensures maintaining occupational hygiene at a high level. The supporting structure is made as a stiff frame welded from beams of a rectangular section. The building of the tank is made in a way ensuring a fast water flow. A regulation sheet is put at the entry of the drum which has an effect on the parameters of the wash.
