INTENDED USE
The device is used in vegetables and fruit processing lines as a vegetable buffer component of a product. It is used in order to uniformly batch the processed raw material.

STRUCTURE
Products stored in "Oktobins" type omnibus packages is emptied with the use of a tippler to an accumulator placed above the batching feeder. Depending on the use, the feeder can be made as a belt conveyor flight or a vibrating feeder. The lid which regulates the amount of the layer of the batched product is built on the side of the accumulator. The change of the efficiency of the device can be obtained by changing the setting on the inverter which is built in the control system.

EXECUTION
The device is made of acid-proof steel and plastic safe for food. All the elements of the device are available to a precise wash, the surfaces of the elements are smooth and the constructive profiles are closed and rounded. Most of the connections are welded connections and supportive materials such as greases or oils cannot have a contact with the product.
